Monex Monocut SL is specially compounded emulsifying cutting oil having excellent mixing capacity with water to form a homogeneous and stable emulsion ready for use for all types of metal cutting operations. The oil is formulated to avoid separation even on prolonged storage, and imparts anti-corrosion to ferrous metal and its alloys, due to its metal passivators. Its Biocides provide excellent protection form growth of Bacterial in emulsion and thus prevents from having obnoxious odors and haziness. Further, its cooling and heat dissipation properties are also highly satisfactory.Monex Monocut SL is a superior quality soluble type metal working emulsifying fluid having exceptional anti-corrosion and rust prevention properties. The oil is having superior hard water stability and exhibits better cast iron corrosion test results. Monex Monocut SL is recommended for more severe applications for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals in 5 to 10% emulsion strength depending upon the severity of machining operation.MONEX MONOCUT SL meets BIS 1115-1986 specifications.

Monex Mono DW 90 is a well-formulated water displacing type of Rust Preventive Oil consisting of film forming ingredients, rust inhibitors in solvents and best quality mineral oils. Rust Inhibitors protect from high degree of corrosion by preventing moist air from coming into contact with them. On evaporation of the solvent, thin soft oily film is obtained. Water displacing additives displace all the traces of moisture on the coated components, leaving a protective film of these products.

Application

Monex Mono DW 90 is recommended for use in a wide range of items for industrial manufacturing nuts, HSS bearings, tool bits, and bolts, tools, ferrous, non-ferrous and other components. The oil is much cost effective due to high coverage the film is easily detachable with kerosene or any other petroleum solvent.
